AI Podcast
The AI Podcast, now leaving beta, transforms internal updates into personalized audio episodes. Listeners can now also see transcripts for podcast episodes in their mobile App. Space administrators can create multiple podcasts within each space to address different audiences and communication purposes. AI Podcast turns existing content into high-quality On Air episodes in alignment with your communication strategies. Keep employees informed no matter where they are.
Communities
Communities are dedicated areas for discussions. Use the Discovery page in the Menu to find and join relevant Communities. Within a Community, employees can post and interact with others, with notifications keeping them up to date on new posts and interactions. Community managers can moderate discussions to ensure organizational alignment. Employees now have a place to connect and engage around shared topics.
Unsubscription Management
Email Unsubscription Management puts folder administrators in control of how audiences receive communications. You can create structured categories and determine which emails allow opt-outs, helping you balance mandatory updates with optional content. This helps you stay compliant, reduce unwanted emails, and maintain trust without compromising key messages. Ensure critical information reaches the right audience at the right time.
Content Designer for Pages
Redesigned Pages is now leaving beta. You can create pages using either the Classic Editor or the Content Designer, which offers a modern editing experience with structured layouts and drag-and-drop blocks. Structure your content with greater flexibility using a unified text block, media placeholders, improved links and buttons, copy-paste support, auto-translation, video thumbnails, and section templates. Further enrich your pages with enhanced Google and Microsoft blocks, embedded external videos, and more. Create better content, faster.
Local Audiences
Local Audiences brings together the concepts of spaces and groups into space groups, placing control where it belongs. By empowering space administrators to manage their own groups, this approach reduces reliance on central administrators for everyday tasks, speeds up operations, and eliminates bottlenecks. While administrators retain overall governance, space administrators can independently manage groups within their spaces. Enable faster and more scalable collaboration within your organization.
AI Content Governance
Content Governance for Pages now includes the duplicate pages and contradictory pages issue types. They help editors identify overlapping or contradictory content and highlight pages that may require review. In addition, the centralized overview now displays top metrics, a detailed side panel, and visibility into missing page owners. These insights boost content quality and minimize page-related oversights.
AI Page Generation
Create pages in seconds with AI Page Generation. As an editor, simply describe your goal, add documents for context, and include media for inserting images. You have the option to use an existing modern Page as a template to guide the output. Watch AI tools build a structured draft with sections, blocks, and images. Use the generated page as your starting point and then refine it. Create, structure, and improve content with speed and precision.
Learning
Introducing Learning in Staffbase, bringing learning directly into your Employee App or Intranet. Our first integration with Cornerstone OnDemand allows employees to view assigned and recommended courses, track progress and due dates, and launch training seamlessly. Courses are completed in Cornerstone, which remains your system of record. Bring learning into the flow of work.
Page Migration
Page Migration is now available in beta. It allows you to transition pages created with the Classic Editor one by one, giving you full control over the process. This helps you build confidence for the eventual migration. It also facilitates a smooth transition to and gradual adoption of the new Content Designer by maintaining operational stability. With these capabilities, you can apply a wide range of controls to the Employee App and align it with your organization’s security and compliance requirements.
Improved Linking
Improved Deep Linking makes opening links faster and more seamless on mobile devices. Users can simply tap a link in the app to open it instantly without being redirected through a browser. Editors can share links without needing to add extra attributes. All existing links continue to work smoothly, ensuring a frictionless transition for both users and editors.
Custom Header Links
The desktop navigation of your Intranet gets more efficient and personalized with Custom Header Links, now leaving beta. Add menu items or links of your choice to the desktop header, and create a personalized navigation experience for your employees by defining the visibility. To ensure a sleek Intranet look, display up to four custom header links. All of this is possible with the Quick Links API.

Web Versions for Emails ensure your message is always accessible. Recipients can open emails in their browser for a secure and consistently formatted view, regardless of their device or email client. Videos can be viewed directly in-line for added engagement. This helps you reliably reach everyone, reduce formatting issues, and ensure your communication is easy to access anytime.
AI Email Generation

Editors simply provide a prompt or upload existing content, choose a template, and let AI turn it into a polished email. This reduces writer’s block and skips tedious formatting. Stay in full control by editing the result before sending.
AI Summary Block
AI Email Summaries help your audience get the message faster by generating a clear TL;DR of your email content in concise bullet points with one click after the email editor has finalized the email. You can stay in control by refining and adjusting the summary to match your tone and communication style. This improves readability, increases engagement, and ensures key information is understood at a glance.

- Improved drag-and-drop usability with auto-scrolling and clearer drop indicators for more accurate placement.
- Automatic conversion of selected text into a hyperlink when pasting a URL.
- Updated the contextual toolbar with an intuitive Blocks + icon, including options for Container and Section to improve layout creation.

-
In CSV Import settings, you have two new options when using the overwrite all import type:

- In duplicated emails, the sender name and sender address are no longer copied. This prevents emails from being sent with incorrect sender information.
- In test emails, the sending dialog now shows the sender name and address used for sending. Editors can update the name and address if needed. This improves transparency and helps prevent sending errors.
- Dynamic block targeting is now also available for emails, with custom target groups uploaded via CSV. This functionality enables you to combine single-use personalization tags with dynamic blocks.
