You can manage all your AI features on your Staffbase platform from the AI Settings page in the Studio. Activation or deactivation is immediate, with no additional configuration required.
Activating an AI Feature
You can only activate features included in your package.
- For Beta features, request early access.
- For features not yet available in your solution package, request more information.
- For Navigator, request activation.
- In the Studio, navigate to Settings > AI Hub.
The Self-Service AI Settings page opens. - Under More AI Features To Explore, navigate to the AI feature you want to activate.
- Click the tile for the feature.
The feature page opens. - Slide the toggle to activate the feature.
You have activated the feature.
If you have activated AI Page Generation, you must define the visibility.
The feature is now available and listed under Your Activated AI Features on the settings page. You can deactivate it at any time.
Deactivating an AI Feature
- In the Studio, navigate to Settings > AI Hub.
The Self-Service AI Settings page opens. - Under Your Activated AI Features, navigate to the AI feature you want to deactivate.
- Click the tile for the feature.
The feature page opens. - Adjust the toggle to deactivate the feature.
- Click Deactivate.
You have deactivated the feature. It is no longer available and is listed under More AI Features To Explore on the settings page. You can reactivate it at any time.
Requesting Access to a Beta AI Feature
You can request access to a Beta feature. These features are marked with the Preview label.
- In the Studio, navigate to Settings > AI Hub.
The Self-Service AI Settings page opens. - Under More AI Features To Explore, navigate to the AI feature you want to request access to.
- Click the link.
A new page opens in a new tab with partially prefilled information. - Enter your email address.
- Click Submit.
You have requested access to a Beta feature. Staffbase support will activate the feature for you.
Requesting Information About an AI Feature Not Included in Your Plan
You can request access to a feature not yet included in your plan.
- In the Studio, navigate to Settings > AI Hub.
The Self-Service AI Settings page opens. - Under More AI Features To Explore, navigate to the AI feature you want more information about.
- Click the link.
A new page opens in a new tab with partially prefilled information. - Enter your email address.
- Click Submit.
You have requested information on a feature. Staffbase support will reach out to you to schedule a demo or provide more information.
