Tasks centralizes how you organize, assign, and track work across your organization. It offers a simple and flexible way to manage projects, lists, and tasks within your Staffbase platform. You can use it for daily operations, branch activities, and project-based work. It provides managers a clear view of team progress.
Tasks follows a clear structure of projects, lists, and tasks. This structure makes it easy to plan and track work of any size.
- Projects: Organize related work and control which users or groups can access it.
- Lists: Categorize work within a project, such as Inventory Tasks or Daily Operations.
- Tasks: Assign, schedule, prioritize, and mark complete individual action items.
Each project belongs to a space and can be visible to selected users or user groups. A project can include 50 lists, and a list can contain 1,000 tasks. Projects can be customized to match your team’s needs, including who can view them and where they appear in the platform. Once published, a project becomes available to users in the assigned space.
Filters:
You can filter tasks by:
- Today: This list shows all the tasks assigned for the day.
- Your Tasks: This list shows tasks assigned to you.
Lists:
Alongside the default To-do list, users can create custom lists to group their tasks.
Administrators and managing editors can create and edit projects in the Studio, while all users manage lists and tasks directly in their App or Intranet.
Attachments:
Within a task, users can add attachments, such as images, videos, and PDFs to provide better context.
