Staffbase Email Improvements
- Staffbase Email now offers version history for email drafts and templates. Every change to the content of an email draft or template is automatically stored and can be restored if needed.
- The Staffbase Email Designer now offers a plain text editor mode that makes your emails look as if they were sent from another email client without a content-rich layout. This enables you to ghostwrite and send important emails on behalf of your C-level, making them look like they were sent from your CEOs’ Gmail account.
- In Staffbase Email, templates can now be organized in galleries for quicker access and a better overview.
- Staffbase Email now provides a click map for every sent email that visually shows how recipients interacted with the links and buttons throughout the body of the email.
Staffbase Email Bugfixes
- In Staffbase Email, the screen reader incorrectly announced tooltips as buttons. This has been fixed.
- In Email Branding page, standard fonts are selected to appear in the Email Designer by default. However, only Arial was incorrectly selected. This has been fixed.
App and Intranet Improvements
- In Campaigns, two new templates are available to help you get started quickly, as long as no campaigns currently exist. These templates simplify the process of creating campaigns, especially for first-time campaign creators, by offering ready-made structures you can customize to suit your communication goals.
- On the News overview page, you can now select multiple news posts and assign them to a campaign in a single step, making the process faster and more efficient.
- Now, all Studio users can see all Briefings by default, regardless of creator or assignee. This improvement enhances collaboration.
App and Intranet Bugfixes
- In News in the Studio, in some cases, it was not possible to move a news post to a different channel. This has been fixed.
- In News, when a user refreshed the post statistics using the keyboard, in some cases, screenreaders did not read out the statistics. This has been fixed.
Mobile App Bugfixes
- On Android devices, in some cases, when users were logged out and tried to open a link, they were incorrectly redirected after signing into the app. This has been fixed.
