The HR widgets let your organization securely provide personalized HR information to employees through pages in their App or Intranet. These widgets pull real-time data from your existing HR systems integrated with Staffbase, so your employees can access their important information without leaving the platform.

To use HR widgets, administrators need to establish secure connections to supported HR systems directly in the Studio. Once connected, the HR features are activated by default.

SAP Success Factors and Workday offer payroll, absence, and absence balance.

How the HR Widgets Looks for Users

Payslips Widget

Displays a periodic overview and detailed views for each payslip. Details may include deductions and additional data, if supported by the integrated HR system.
It provides:

• Detail View: Users can select individual payslips to access detailed information.
• Privacy-Friendly Interface: Data is hidden by default and must be manually revealed by the user. It is automatically hidden again each time the page is revisited.
• New Payslip Alerts: Optional push notifications notify users when new payslips are available.

Absence Widget

The Absence widget includes two views, which can be displayed together or configured as separate widgets:

• Balance View: Shows different absence categories such as vacation or sick leave, along with available hours and remaining balances.
• Request View: Lists past and upcoming absence requests, including their status, such as approved or pending.
• Time Off Alerts: Optional push notifications inform users when their time-off request status changes.
