Use the search to locate the file you want or use the video insights to create better engaging content. And that's not all. New improvements elevate the user experience, such as the clear file selection button, enhanced error messages, and more.
Voice Messages in Chat
The new voice message feature in Chat allows your users to quickly send audio in both individual and group conversations. Voice messages are perfect for the times when audio is better than written text. Easily record a message up to two minutes in length, and others can listen to it on either the app or intranet.
Editor Access in Analytics Dashboard
The Analytics dashboard is now visible to an additional user role! The detailed statistics are visible to channel editors for the News plugin. Channel editors can see the News and Content tabs of the dashboard. They are only able to see the content for channels to which they have access.
Instant Surveys
Do you need to get your employees’ feedback quickly, and want to skip the need to schedule? Surveys can now be published immediately! Simply choose the Publish Now option to notify users and start getting submissions right away. Choose an end date and time for the survey, which you can modify at any time.
Video Insights
Introducing Video Insights in many more places — and with an improved tracking logic that shows more precise video statistics. Now Video Insights in File Manager, My Files view, and the main video for an article news post make creating engaging content easier than ever before.
Monthly View in the Editorial Calendar
The Editorial Calendar now has a monthly layout! Enable communicators to plan ahead with this broader, holistic overview of blockers and planned, scheduled, or published news posts. Understand long-term patterns, identify problems, and improve your content planning. In addition to the overview, click on the post title to see a flyout with key information.
Modernized User Profile
The User Profile page has been redesigned and now comes in a state-of-the-art look and feel. During the rework three new system fields have been added: a header image, a pronouns field, and a profile headline. A separate edit mode allows you to fill out all desired fields and access a public view of your own profile.

Use the Staffbase Sentiment Analysis templates for Power Automate to set up workflows to analyze Staffbase News posts or users' comments with the help of AI.
