Releases bring out the latest and best of Staffbase; so does this release with a new naming convention. Q4 2022 Release reflects the more transparent quarter-year naming format. It only gets better from here. What's in store for this release that is coming on November 9th, 2022?
Give your users more power with features like comment reporting, hashtag results, and Google Drive search. Let your internal communicators orchestrate their planning more efficiently with features that help manage and create content. Learn all about these features and improvements below.
Comment Reporting
Every user can now actively contribute to your workplace community with the new report comments feature! Your moderation team can have a head start on moderating based on valuable user feedback regarding questionable comments. Try it out to create an even safer and more engaging community for all your employees.
Discover Hashtag Results
Quickly see where an individual hashtag appears across the platform with this new, easy-to-use overview page for the web app. Users can simply click on a hashtag to see the news posts and pages where that specific hashtag was used.
Google Drive Search
Set up your Staffbase search to seamlessly display results from Google Drive. Let your users search for Google Drive files from the comfort of their intranet. Your users now even have a dedicated tab in the global Search where they can search for and view results for files from Google Drive.
Email User Deactivation
The process of deactivating an Employee Email user account is simplified by a new self-service option for Email customers without an App/Intranet integration. When a user is deactivated, ownership of their resources, such as distribution lists and templates, transfers automatically to the account that deactivated them.
Full Transparency in the Editorial Calendar
Give your editors more clarity on upcoming news posts inside the Editorial Calendar! Editors now have the chance to view content from all other news channels. This way, all planned, important global announcements are visible to local editors as well, so that they can best plan around them.
Access Restrictions for All Contacts List
A new permission setting gives Employee Email customers the option to let users see or edit distribution lists that they own and shared lists, while safely preventing them from accessing All Contacts for their organization.
