Preview for My Files
With the new Preview feature, it's now a breeze to preview uploaded images and videos before publishing them. View the enlarged version of the file by accessing it via the context menu or double-clicking on it, making it easier to ensure that the content is just right before sharing it with others. This feature enhances the content creation experience and streamlines the process, saving you time and effort.
Improved Multi-Language Selector in News
Creating versions of News posts in multiple languages is easier, faster, and more accessible! Now fully navigable by keyboard, you can add one or more languages at the same time from any languages already added to your platform. The process for choosing the type of translation is also more streamlined, with an improved design. Furthermore, you can delete more than one language version at once.
Staffbase Protect
Introducing Staffbase Protect, a new security measure designed to shield your Staffbase platform from potential cyber threats. This additional security layer functions as a web application firewall, effectively filtering out harmful requests and allowing only legitimate ones to reach the Staffbase infrastructure. Thereby, it significantly reduces the risk of security breaches and DDoS attacks.
SMS Communication Channel
Transform communication for your distributed workforce with the latest Staffbase SMS communication channel powered by Twilio. Deliver crucial updates seamlessly to employees' mobile phones — perfect for employees without regular email or smartphone access. This new channel ensures easy sending of SMS directly from the Staffbase Studio.
ServiceNow Search Integration
The ServiceNow integration makes it easier than ever to find content across platforms. Now, not only can you search for content that lives in the Staffbase platform but also access the knowledge base resources in ServiceNow. This saves you from having to search for the same content on different platforms and simultaneously prevents you from duplicating content.
File Manager Improvements
The File Manager makes its way to the top navigation bar. This new, convenient placement makes it easier to access. Additionally, the preview option for image and video files is now available for the File Manager. Simply double-click on a file or use the context menu to access the preview option. With these enhancements, the File Manager is now more user-friendly than ever before!
Campaigns Improvements
Working with campaigns just got a lot easier! Besides adjusting the overall look and feel in Campaigns, you can now assign a start and end date to your campaigns. A status label indicates whether the campaign is active, upcoming, or has already ended. Additionally, you can now search for campaigns and benefit from the enhanced post creation possibilities within the campaigns view.
Microsoft 365 Viva Communities Widget
The Viva Communities widget is the latest addition to the Microsoft 365 widget family. Promote one or more Viva Engage communities, display the communities as cards on News Posts and Pages, and invite users to take part in community activities. Clicking on a community card gets users seamlessly directed to the community space in their Viva Engage app.
Microsoft Teams in User Profile
Make Staffbase your gateway to communication. Seamlessly collaborate with Microsoft Teams from the Staffbase platform. Boost productivity and collaboration of teams that often use Microsoft Teams. Allow them to connect to Microsoft Teams with a click of a button from a user profile page and even make it available only to specific teams. Start a chat, audio, or video conversation effortlessly with a coworker.
Improved Intranet Menu and Header
The app header and the horizontal navigation on your desktop app have been redesigned, introducing a more modern look and feel. To optimize your browsing experience, we've made various design enhancements, such as centering the Search bar for a better search experience.
