The user profile has a state-of-the-art look and feel. It provides a quick overview of a user, including contact details, team information, profile headline, and more based on an organization’s preference on what is displayed on the user profile.
Add Information
Easily share information and add a personal touch to the user profile. In the user profile page, here are some examples of adding information:

Edit Information
You can edit your profile information at any time and preview how it looks to others.
Interact with Colleagues
If your organization has activated the Chat plugin, you can start a conversation with someone by clicking on the Send Message button on their user profile.
Users using Microsoft Teams see the Microsoft Teams dropdown on their user profile, which allows them to chat, call, or video call their colleagues.
View Team Details
Whether it’s a new employee trying to get an overview of the organization’s reporting structure, a manager structuring workflows, or someone looking to contact a person from the team in the absence of an employee, team details add transparency and accountability.
- Manager: To provide information about whose team an employee belongs to
- Org Chart: To display an employee's hierarchical position in the company structure, and it is automatically generated. The card of the user whose profile it is will always display on the left and will be highlighted.

Based on your organization's preference, you can access the most recent posts on your or another’s user profile.
See Recent Comments
Based on your organization's preference, you can access the most recent comments on your or another’s user profile.
If displaying recent comments on user profiles is not preferred, admins can contact the Customer Success Manager or Staffbase Support to deactivate the option.
