The Chat plugin allows private one-on-one or group messaging within the app. The chat is not only a great way to encourage casual communication between coworkers but also a valuable tool for users to attain detailed information quickly and directly.
Installing the Chat Plugin
- In the Studio, navigate to the Content Menu.
- Scroll to the bottom of the menu and click Add plugin.
- Navigate to Chat and click Install.
The dialog to add chat opens. - Provide a title for the chat.
- Click Add chat.
You have added the Chat plugin. To add private and group conversations, you must first publish the Chat plugin.
Publishing Chat
- In the Studio, navigate to the chat you want to publish.
- Click the three dots to open the more options menu.
- Click Publish.
