The Org Chart allows users to view their up-to-date organizational chart in their Employee App or Intranet. It visualizes how the user is placed in the organizational structure. This way, you can see who this person is reporting to, co-workers on the same level from the same team, and any subordinates. There is no global org chart showing all employees available on the user profile.

The Org Chart is generated automatically based on the information found in the Manager profile field. That field is filled in by your organization’s HR or IT system. It is configured one-time and made available to users in a read-only mode. It can not be edited by the user, unlike other parts of the user profile. Learn more here.
