Follow-up emails are the best way to ensure your message does not go unnoticed. With Staffbase Email, you can resend messages to non-openers or the original audience directly from the email analytics tab. The follow-up email copies the original, with the option to edit before resending. This helps you reinforce important updates or fix mistakes with minimal effort. Each follow-up is automatically linked to the original email, maintaining full transparency for editors. You can send one follow-up email for each original email.
- In the Studio, navigate to Email > the email for which you want to send a follow-up.
- Click the three dots to open the more options menu.
- Select Analytics.
- Click Create Follow-Up.
- Optionally, click Edit Design to make additions or changes to the email content.
- Select whether you want to send to Non-Openers or to All Original Recipients.
- Click Send.
The Send Follow-Up Email dialog opens. - Click Send.
You have successfully sent a follow-up email. The email is displayed with the prefix Follow-Up under Recently Sent. You can open the details of the follow-up email to see the settings and the link to the original email.
