Staffbase Email’s versioning feature automatically captures and stores every change to a draft or template. Users can view who made each change and when, providing transparency and accountability throughout the content creation process.
- In the Studio, navigate to Email > the email for which you want to view the version history.
- Click the three dots to open the more options menu.
- Select Show Version History.
The Version History opens next to the preview of the current version.
- Under Version History, select the version you want to view.
- Optionally, click Restore Version.
The Restore Version dialog opens.
- Click Restore.
The restored version of the email opens in editing mode.
You have successfully reviewed and restored an email version. The newly restored version is saved as the current version in the version history.
