Adding an Open in browser link allows recipients to view the email as a web page. The web version supports personalization and dynamic content targeting, ensuring each recipient sees content tailored specifically to them. It also enables additional functionality such as playing inline videos. If the email is created in multiple languages, the web version automatically displays the correct language based on the user’s browser settings. Recipients can also switch to the other language versions if needed.
- In the Studio, navigate to Email > the email to which you want to add an Open in Browser Link.
- In the Quick Blocks, click Web Version.
The Open in Browser Link is added to the end of your email. - Edit or further format the link text as needed.
You have successfully added an Open in Browser link to your email. Recipients can now easily access a web version of your message, print it, or save it as a PDF using their browser’s built-in print functionality.
