To activate the ServiceNow integration in Staffbase Studio, follow the steps to connect your ServiceNow environment with the Staffbase platform. Choose from the following integrations: ServiceNow Knowledge Search: To allow users to search for ServiceNow content through Staffbase search. ServiceNow Tickets Integration: To allow your users to view ServiceNow tickets through a widget.
- In the Studio, navigate to Settings > Third Party Connections.
- Under ServiceNow, click on the expand icon.
The menu expands.
- Turn on the toggle for the integrations you need.
The dialog to activate the feature opens.
- Click Activate.
You have successfully activated the ServiceNow integration.
The first time you access the ServiceNow integration after activating it, you need to sign in with the ServiceNow credentials to start using it.
