The ServiceNow integration with Staffbase makes it easier than ever for users to find content across platforms. With this integration, users can search not only content that lives in the Staffbase platform but also access the knowledge base resources in ServiceNow. This saves the user the hassle of having to search for the content again on another platform and, at the same time, saves content creators from duplicating content. Search results from ServiceNow are shown in a separate search tab in your Staffbase platform. Contact Staffbase Support or your Customer Success Manager for more information.
Currently, the integration is only available on Desktop. The integration on mobile will follow.
To make ServiceNow search available to your users, you need to add the ServiceNow connection to Staffbase.
How the ServiceNow Integration Looks for Users
Once users are signed into their ServiceNow account, they can search for content in the ServiceNow Search tab. Clicking a result in the search tab brings the user directly to the desired content in the ServiceNow knowledge base.
