In the menu item content types in the team administration, you can manage the content types within your team.

In addition to a number of predefined standard content types, you can also create your own. The pink plus button opens the mask for creating new content types. In addition to the mandatory field Name, you can select a description text, an icon, and standard channels.  

A content type is linked to publishing channels as the default channel. When creating content, Communications Control automatically sets these channels as soon as the respective content type is selected. The channels can be manually changed during the content creation process.

The mask for subsequent editing of the content types can be opened by clicking on the name and confirming with the save button. 

You can hide content types by clicking the pink tick in the respective line. Hidden content types are not shown in the content types list when creating new content.
