In Communications Control, you can add people who do not have full access but are involved in content sharing as external users.
Accordingly, the access and possibilities of external are limited. They can only approve, deny, and comment on content.
Please note that external users are not part of the usual functions of Communications Control and, therefore, have to be added for a fee. Please contact the support or your Customer Success Manager.
Sample Content
To add one or more external users to your team, open to the team administration. Now open the tab External user (below Basic).
By clicking on the pink plus button, you can add external users. To proceed, all you need is the email address of the respective person.
After inviting an external user via the form above, the user will not receive an email informing them of this. It may also take a few minutes before the created external user can be included in approvals etc.
All external users of your license are listed in a table. The tab Listed views shows a list of the content that has been shared with external users. Access can also be centrally managed here.
