The administrator is the most powerful role a user can have in the Staffbase platform. Administrators have access to confidential user information and to the fundamental app settings that change the app's function, behavior, and look.
Next to the administrator, there are roles with administrative rights for only one certain area of the platform, for example, space administrator or system-wide editor.
Usually, you will only need very few administrators and ensure they are educated in using the Studio. For the management of groups, content, and spaces, you assign the respective roles that only have access to the required area.

Administrator
The administrator has system-wide administration rights for all areas of the platform. |
