You can assign users to system-wide roles across the platform. By giving a user system-wide rights, you are allowing them extended access to the app menu, analytics, and, in the case of system-wide administrators, even the app settings and user management. Make sure users are educated in using the Studio before assigning them system-wide rights.
- In the Studio, navigate to Users > to the user that you want to give extended rights to.
- Click Edit.
- For the Access setting, select a system-wide role from the dropdown menu.
- Click Save.
