How Users Will View Quick Links Navigation Bar for Mobile Devices

How many quick links are possible?
The navigation bar shows a maximum of five quick links. Fewer are always possible, even just one quick link.
If more than five menu items are configured as quick links, only the first five are displayed in the navigation bar.
Visibility settings are taken into account in the placement of quick links on a user’s navigation bar. Users only see the quick links they have access to. For example, if you have location specific pages visible only to specific user groups, each user only sees the quick link for their respective location.
Visibility settings can cause the number of quick links displayed in the navigation bar to differ from user to user, but the number of quick links will never exceed five. If a user doesn’t have access to any of the content linked in the navigation bar, the navigation bar will not be displayed for this user.
How are quick links sorted?
Without further configuration, the quick links will be sorted in the order of the content menu.
When you provide a position, this influences the order of the quick links. One is the first position. Position numbers can be not only one to five, but even from 1 to 100. This allows for fine-grain sorting in organizations with a lot of content and different target groups.
Can I use quick links with Spaces?
In case you add quick links for several spaces, the quick links are sorted in the order of the spaces. For each space, the position number can start again from 1. If there are more than 5 quick links from different spaces, only the first 5 are displayed. Quick links from spaces that are further down in the Manage spaces view, will possibly not be visible.
