Legal compliance requires that any change in your app policies must be presented to the app users and have them acknowledge the changes. To request the reconfirmation from only the affected users, you can first select the updated legal documents and then decide when the reconfirmation is sent out.

Marking a Legal Document for Confirmation

Once a legal document has undergone a major update, which requires reconfirmation from affected users, you can mark them. This means, when the next iteration of legal document reconfirmation is sent out to users, all the previously marked legal documents will be part of it. 

1. In the Studio, navigate to Settings > Legal documents.
2. Click Edit to open the legal document you want to update.
   The Edit document page opens.
3. Modify the document to reflect the updates.
4. Select the checkbox for Confirmation.
   
   
   
   
   Select this option only if it is a major update and a confirmation is required from the users.
5. Click Save.

You have successfully marked a legal document to be resend for confirmation to the relevant users. Now, proceed to resend the marked legal documents for confirmation.

Resend Legal Documents for Confirmation

1. In the Studio, navigate to Settings > Legal documents. 
2. Click Confirmation settings.
   The Settings for Confirmation Dialog opens.
3. Enable the toggle for Resend for Confirmation.
4. Click Save.
   A confirmation message to notify users opens.
5. Click Notify all.

You have successfully resend the legal documents for confirmation. It will be sent out only to target users. Users will also receive a dialog with the legal documents to accept.
