Each legal document is created as a single document, for example your terms of use are one document and your privacy policy is another. There are two ways to create a legal document:

• As a separate page within the app
• Link to a document from an external source

Creating a page with a legal document: 

1. In the Studio, navigate to Settings > Legal documents.
   
   
2. In the dropdown menu, choose Create document.
   
   
3. Provide the title, link address, and content.
   
   The last part of the link address is also used as shortname. The shortname can be used in the confirmation dialog to link to this legal document. 
   
4. Click Save.  

Linking to an external legal document

1. Open the Studio in a browser.
2. In the menu click Settings > Legal documents. 
3. In the dropdown menu, choose Create link.
   
   
4. Provide the title, shortname and link address.
   The link address must start with https:// 
   The shortname is automatically filled in from the input you insert for title. You can change the shortname if this is not suitable. The shortname can be used in the confirmation dialog to link to this legal document. 
   
5. Click Save.
