The Smart Insights dashboard displays detailed statistics for each individual campaign. Inside the dashboard, you can view detailed metrics for visibility, engagement, and sentiment for content assigned to a campaign. Learn more.
You can access the dashboard from the Campaigns tab in the Analytics dashboard. The Smart Insights dashboard is part of the Smart Impact feature. Learn more.

Visibility shows the reach of your campaign content. The metric is calculated based on the percentage of users who viewed at least one piece of content, compared to the potential number of users that could view any campaign content.
Visibility Over Time Graph
The Visibility Over Time graph shows the visibility of campaign content over a period of time. The timelines within the graphs are based on the campaign’s start date and the current date. If a start date is not set, the campaign creation date will be used instead. When a campaign ends, the end date marks the end of the timeline. What displays depends on the products your platform has enabled:
There are three data series in this chart:
- Viewed 1+ post: Percentage of users who saw at least 1 post in the campaign, out of all potential viewers of the campaign.
- Viewed 2+ posts: Percentage of users who saw at least 2 posts in the campaign, out of all potential viewers of the campaign
- Viewed 3+ posts: Percentage of users who saw at least 3 posts in the campaign, out of all potential viewers of the campaign
A flyout opens when you hover over a data point in the timeline. The flyout includes:
- Exact numerical values for viewed 1+, 2+, and 3+ posts at that time point
- Metrics for posts published at that time

- Viewed 1+: Percentage of users who saw at least 1 email in the campaign, out of all potential viewers of the campaign.
- Viewed 2+: Percentage of users who saw at least 2 emails in the campaign, out of all potential viewers of the campaign
- Viewed 3+: Percentage of users who saw at least 3 emails in the campaign, out of all potential viewers of the campaign

Visibility Tables
This table details visibility based on content and user groups. This allows you to identify visibility based on individual content pieces and user groups who visited campaign content. What displays depends on the products your platform has enabled.
You can open the Display dropdown menu at the top of the table to:
- Group the visibility by user groups or posts
- Sort the visibility by the highest or lowest rate
Hover over a line in the table to see the exact number of users who viewed at least one news post.
