The Smart Insights dashboard displays detailed statistics for each individual campaign. Inside the dashboard, you can view detailed metrics for visibility, engagement, and sentiment for content assigned to a campaign. Learn more.
You can access the dashboard from the Campaigns tab in the Analytics dashboard. Smart Insights dashboard is visible for all system-wide user roles. The Smart Insights dashboard is part of the Smart Impact feature. Learn more.

Alignment shows how your campaign content resonates with your employees. The metric is calculated from direct employee feedback submitted from Alignment Surveys on news posts or emails assigned to a campaign. Each employee can submit one survey per piece of content. To keep surveys confidential, survey results are displayed only after a minimum of 5 user submissions. Learn more about Alignment Surveys.
Alignment Average Over Time Graph
The timeline shows the distribution of alignment data collected at a point in time. The graph has a single series showing overall alignment, based on survey feedback. To keep surveys confidential, survey results are displayed only after a minimum of 5 user submissions. What displays in the flyout depends on the products your platform has enabled.
When there are enough responses, a flyout opens when you hover over a data point in the timeline. The flyout includes:
- Average alignment metric
- Rating breakdown (1 to 5)
- Percentage of users having submitted a certain score
- Title of the news posts and the number of participants for each post

Alignment Table
This table details the alignment based on scores gathered from associated alignment surveys. It allows you to identify how well users align with your campaign messaging overall and for individual pieces of content. You can open the Display dropdown menu at the top of the table to:
