- Alignment
Alignment shows how your campaign content resonates with your employees. The metric is calculated from direct employee feedback submitted from Alignment Surveys on news posts assigned to a campaign. When enabled on a news post, the surveys appear at the bottom of news posts assigned to the campaign. Each employee can submit one survey per news post. To keep surveys confidential, survey results are displayed only after a minimum of 5 user submissions. Learn more about Alignment Surveys.
Alignment Average Over Time Graph
The timeline shows the distribution of alignment data collected at a point in time. The graph has a single series which shows overall alignment, based on survey feedback. To keep surveys confidential, survey results are displayed only after a minimum of 5 user submissions.
When there are enough responses, a flyout opens when you hover over a data point in the timeline. The flyout includes:
- Average alignment metric
- Rating breakdown (1 to 5)
- Percentage of users having submitted a certain score
- Title of news posts and the number of participants for each post

- View the alignment based on overall average or posts.
- Sort the alignment by the highest or lowest engagement rate and by older or newest date of a post.
