There are sections providing more in-depth statistics on the top-level metrics:
- Visibility
- Engagement
- Comment Sentiment
- Alignment
Engagement shows how many users have engaged with your campaign content. The metric is calculated based on the percentage of users who engaged with at least one news post.
Engagement Over Time Graph
The Engagement Over Time graph shows the engagement of campaign content over a period of time. There is a singular series in this graph which shows overall engagement.
A flyout opens when you hover over a data point in the timeline. The flyout includes:
- Engagement metric in that time point
- Number of reactions and comments for posts published on that time point
The timelines within the graphs are based on the campaign’s start date and the current date. If a start date is not set, the campaign creation date will be used instead. When a campaign ends, the end date marks the end of the timeline.
Engagement Per Group and Post Table
This table details the engagement based on individual user groups and posts. This allows you to identify which user groups are interacting with campaign content and which posts are receiving the most amount of interactions. You can open the Display dropdown menu at the top of the table to:
- View the engagement based on user groups or posts
- Sort the engagement by the highest or lowest engagement rate
Hover over a line in the table to see the exact number of users who engaged with at least one news post.
