Smart Impact allows you to measure the effectiveness of your campaigns. It provides new metrics for Campaigns, along with an easy-to-use dashboard. Smart Impact empowers you to move from outputs to outcomes by strategically measuring your campaign results. Smart Impact consists of two feature sets that span across different areas of the Staffbase platform.

Security

Staffbase conducts all processing for the Campaigns tab and the Smart Insights dashboard without any third-party involvement. 

The Smart Insights dashboard includes a metric based on sentiment analysis of comments. The sentiment analysis is performed by processing and labeling all comments of posts associated with a specific Campaign. The processing is done via an in-house workflow using a machine-learning model. This pipeline provides probabilities for each comment being labeled positive, neutral, or negative. Since it runs fully in-house, Staffbase does not require any third-party processor to perform the analysis.
