The Smart Insights dashboard displays detailed statistics for each individual campaign. Inside the dashboard, you can view detailed metrics for visibility, engagement, and sentiment for news posts assigned to a campaign. You can access the dashboard from the Campaigns tab in the Analytics dashboard.

Top Level Metrics
There are four metrics at the top of the dashboard for a quick overview.
Visibility | Engagement | Net Sentiment Score | Alignment |
This metric displays the percentage of users who viewed at least one of the news posts assigned to the campaign. |
This metric displays the percentage of users who interacted with campaign content by reacting, commenting, or sharing. Interactions with both the news post and the comments on news posts are calculated. |
This metric displays the overall user sentiment for all the news posts assigned to the campaign, based on comments. A visual indicator shows where the current score lies in the -100 to +100 range. |
This metric displays the overall user alignment for all the surveys included in news posts assigned to the campaign. A visual indicator shows where the current score lies in the 1 to 5 range. |
The label underneath the metric shows its trend over the last 7 days. For example, the visibility last week was 50% and this week is 55%. That would display a 10% positive increase. Hovering over the label provides additional information about the metric compared to the last 7 days. |

The score is calculated based on the overall alignment score from unique user responses. The latest response from a user is counted. A post’s survey needs at least 5 responses to be included.The tooltip explains in detail how the score was calculated. |
