The primary email address of a user is visible when you provide the user email address during the account creation process. Learn more.
The primary email address is available in the Edit User dialog in the Studio if the email address was provided by the administrator or IT team during onboarding. If there is no email address available, you can provide a new email address and save it. However, if a personal email address has been added by the user during registration, the Email field cannot be edited.
- In the Studio, navigate to User Management > Registered Users.
You can also navigate to Deactivated Users or Pending Users. - Click Edit for the user for whom you want to update the primary email address.
The Edit dialog opens. - In the Email field, enter the email address you want to add.
- Click Save.
You have saved the primary email address of a user. From now on, when the user receives an email notification from the platform or wants to request a password reset, the new email address is used.
