Changing Your Personal Email Address

You can edit your personal email address for your App or Intranet anytime.

Prerequisite

  • The personal email field has been made editable for your platform.
  1. In your intranet, navigate to your profile menu.
    The profile menu opens.
  2. Navigate to Settings Account.
    The Account Settings page opens.
  3. Click Change Email Address.
    The Change Email dialog opens.
    The Current Email Address field remains empty if you didn’t provide an email address during registration.
  4. In the New Email field, enter your email address.
  5. Click Change Email.
    A success message appears.
You have changed your personal email address for your App or Intranet.
  1. In your mobile app, open the menu.
  2. Tap the gear wheel to open the settings.
  3. Under Account Settings, tap Change Email Address.
    The Current Email Address field remains empty if you didn’t provide an email address during registration.
  4. In the New Email field, enter your email address.
  5. Tap Change Email.
    A success message appears.

  1. In your mobile app, tap the three dots on the top right corner of your screen to open the profile menu.
  2. Under Settings, tap Account.
  3. Under Account Settings, tap Change Email Address.
    The Current Email Address field remains empty if you didn’t provide an email address during registration.
  4. In the New Email field, enter your email address.
  5. Tap Change Email.
    A success message appears.
You have changed your personal email address to your App or Intranet.
