For posts on the networks Facebook, Instagram and X (Twitter), you have the possibility to link other pages or accounts from within Communications Control (mention).

Mentioning Pages in Facebook Posts

1. In the WYSIWYG editor, enter the @ sign at the desired position.

2. Enter the page name.*

3. Select the page in the list that opens.

*Note that the search is not continued when entering special characters. If the desired page contains such a character, remove it. Select the desired page in the suggestion list if you already see it. If not, write out the page name without special characters. Now, the page appears in the list.

or

1. In the WYSIWYG editor, click the grey plus button at the bottom right.

2. Select the Insert mention option.

3. In the mask that opens, enter the page URL of the Facebook page.

After the successful insertion of mentions, the account name or page is colored blue.

Mentioning Accounts in Instagram Posts

1. In the WYSIWYG editor, enter the @ sign at the desired position.

2. Enter the account name.

The mention only shows in the published Instagram post.

Mentioning Accounts in Tweets

1. In the WYSIWYG editor, enter the @ sign at the desired position.

2. Enter the account name.

3. Select the account in the list that opens.
