In contents, you have the possibility to create different versions and compare them directly with each other. This allows you to see which changes have been made, create different variants, and compare them to each other. Changed passages can be identified and compared at a glance using highlighted colors. This makes it easier than ever to track changes when multiple users are involved in creating a piece of content.

Using Content Versioning

1. In the content detail view, click on the clock icon.

   

2. The Versions section opens, giving an overview of all previous versions.

   

3. Clicking on any version compares it with the most recent version. By default, all changes are highlighted in color. To deactivate this option, click on the Highlight differences switcher.

   

4. Click on the three-dot menu to open all editing options and choose one of the options to be executed.
