For some channels that are linked to Communications Control, content will run into the calendar even if it was published natively through the platform and not directly through Communications Control. This feature is known as re-synch.
Channels for which this is possible include:
- Google My Business
- Staffbase (extension)
- TikTok
- X (Twitter)
- YouTube
To add strategic information to natively published posts, follow these steps:

Open the re-synced content, e.g. via the calendar.
Note: You can recognize content that has been published natively by the fact that the content title corresponds to the post text, among other things.

Navigate to the Strategy tab. Here, you can add information as usual, even after publishing.

Apply the added information by clicking on the Save button.

If you wish to evaluate content in the analytics module later on, natively published posts will also be taken into account in this way.
