Reset account passwords for other Employee Email users in your organization.
- Admin accounts can reset passwords for everyone except Parent Admins.
- Manager accounts can only reset passwords for Managers and Base Users in their group.
If you have the current Staffbase App and/or Intranet integrated with Employee Email, use your Studio to help users reset their passwords.
If your organization uses Single Sign-On (SSO) with Employee Email, contact the administrator of your central sign-in service for assistance with password resets.
- On the Team page, click the three dots next to the user and click Reset Password.
- Toggle Set Custom Password on if you would like to create your own password for that user, or toggle it off if you would like the system to auto-generate a password.
- Click Reset Password.
The user will receive an email with their new password and further instructions.
