Employee Email offers two Outlook add-ins, which have different advantages depending on what you want to do:

*Outlook Classic offers the ability to schedule your email sends but only if Outlook is running at the time the email is scheduled to go out. If Outlook is closed when the scheduled time lapses, the email will remain in the Outbox and will be sent as soon as Outlook has started back up again.
Outlook Classic Add-in for Desktop
Version 3.0:
- Windows only
- Requires installer updates (1-2 per year)
- Allows sending to pre-defined distribution lists in Outlook
- Allows sending from other accounts that you have Send as permission for in your Outlook settings
- Aliases do not have to be managed in the add-in settings
- Enables auto-counting recipients in Employee Email
Outlook 365 Add-in
Outlook 365 for Desktop:
- Windows or Mac
- The add-in is also automatically added to Outlook on the web
- Automatic version updates
- Allows sending to distribution lists in Outlook
- Allows sending from other accounts that you have Send as permission for in your Outlook settings
- Aliases may have to be managed in the add-in settings
Outlook on the web:
- Windows or Mac - this is the recommended interface for Mac users
