Uninstall the Outlook Classic 3 add-in from your Windows PC.

1. Quit Outlook.
2. Select Start and click the gear wheel to open your Settings menu.
3. Navigate to Apps > Apps & Features.
4. Start typing "staffbase" into the search bar.
5. Select Staffbase Email Classic from the search results and click Uninstall.
   A dialog appears prompting you to click Uninstall again.
6. Click Close on the dialog when the process is completed. 

Uninstall the Outlook 365 add-in for Windows, Mac, or Outlook on the web.
This typically does not require any special permissions. If you find that you are missing any required permissions, please contact your IT team.

1. Navigate to https://outlook.office.com/owa
2. Click New Message.
3. Click the three dots below the message.
4. Click Get Add-ins.
5. Click My add-ins.
6. Click the three dots below the add-in and select Remove.
7. Close and re-open Outlook.
   The add-in is removed.

Once you close and re-open Outlook on your desktop, the add-in will be removed. The same change will happen in Outlook Webmail once you have refreshed your session.

Uninstall the Gmail extension from your Chrome web browser.

1. Click the three vertical dots to open the Chrome menu.
2. Navigate to More tools > Extensions.
3. Locate the extension and click Remove to uninstall it from Chrome.
   A dialog appears prompting you to click Remove again.
4. Reload Gmail.
   The add-in is removed.

It is usually possible to uninstall the Outlook 365 add-in for Mac without having any special permissions. If you find that you are missing any required permissions, please contact your IT team.

1. Navigate to https://outlook.office.com/owa
2. Click New Message.
3. Click the three dots below the message.
4. Click Get Add-ins.
5. Click My add-ins.
6. Click the three dots below the add-in and select Remove.
7. Close and re-open Outlook.
   The add-in is removed.
