How Version History Works
Do you have a team that is working on a draft or a template together? Do you have an approval process for email designs? You can easily share your progress and work together with the Email Designer's collaboration features.
Collaboration allows you to see exactly who is working on your email draft/template. You can also track all changes that have been made and revert back to an older version if necessary.
Using Version History
Version history allows you to see exactly when a change was made and who it was made by and revert back to previous versions.
To view your version history:
- In the Email Designer window, click the Saved at time stamp.
- Click on the Version you would like to view.
Did you unintentionally make a change that you didn't intend to? Revert back to an older version easily.
- In the Email Designer window, click the Saved at time stamp.
- Click on the Version you would like to view.
- Click Restore This Version.
Your older version is automatically restored.
