Unlike using the default option to Upload Image/GIF in an individual Email Designer draft, using the Image Library allows you to reuse uploaded images in multiple emails.
It also allows all of your organization's users to access and use shared images in their emails.
- Only Admin and Parent Admin users can add, organize, and remove images from the Image Library, but all Employee Email users in your organization can use Image Library images in their emails.
- The Employee Email web app must be used to manage the Image Library, but the images stored there are also available to use in any email add-in or extension.
- There is no limit to the number of images that can be uploaded to the Image Library, and no limit to the number of folders that can be added.
Adding Images to the Image Library
Only Admin and Parent Admin users can add images to the Image Library, but all Employee Email users in your organization can use Image Library images in their emails.
- While editing an email draft or template, select an image element and click Open Shared Library.
- Select or create a folder where you want to add a new image.
- Click Upload to Folder, and select the image.
You are able to select multiple images at once.- On Mac: hold down the Command key while selecting.
- On Windows: hold down the Ctrl key while selecting.
- Optionally, edit your images by selecting the image element and clicking Edit.
Image edits made in your current email design are not applied to the image in the Image Library.

- While editing an email draft or template, select an image element and click Open Shared Library.
- Choose your image file, then click Select.
- Optionally, edit your image by selecting the image element and clicking Edit.
