Events and Live Broadcast Events appear alongside your other content in the editorial calendar. Whether you create an event directly in the calendar or in the Events Center, you get one unified view of everything planned for your channels and stays in sync. Edits to the event are reflected, and canceled or deleted events are removed from the calendar. This gives editors one place to coordinate events with articles, campaigns, and other scheduled content.
Note that the editorial calendar only shows events you create from this point forward. Events you created earlier are not added retroactively.
If your organization has not added the Events plugin, creating an event from the calendar adds the plugin automatically.
