Quick editing allows you to easily adjust key information of news posts without leaving the Editorial Calendar.

With the quick edit options, you can:

• Edit the title
• Change the publishing date and time
• Edit the teaser text
• Enable or disable the scheduling

Quick Edit Posts in the Weekly View

You can quick edit draft posts that have a past publishing date. You must change the publishing date of the news post before clicking Save.

1. In the Studio, navigate to Planning > Editorial Calendar.
2. Click on the tile of the news post you want to edit.
   The flyout menu opens.
3. Click the pencil icon.
   
   

   The flyout changes to edit mode.

4. Edit the details of your news post.
   
   
5. Click Save.

You have edited the news post.
