My Groups overview contains open groups organized into those you've already joined and those available to join. You can discover, join, and leave open groups freely. Joining an open group gives you access to all content published for it, such as posts, calendars, event registrations, and chat messages.

Open groups help connect users based on shared interests or geographies. For example, users join communities based on hobbies, such as music or photography. They are also commonly used for office locations, allowing users to subscribe to a location-specific group and access relevant local information while visiting another office.

You can browse available open groups in the Employee App or Intranet and join or leave them at any time.
