Scheduling emails in Staffbase Email allows you to plan and automate communication efficiently. Before scheduling your emails for a specific date and time, you can:
- Set the target audience, sender details, and campaign
- Add subject lines and preview text with an option to use AI-powered suggestions
- Add attachments if needed

Scheduling an Email
- In the Studio, navigate to Email > the email you want to schedule.
- Open the email and click Next.
The summary page opens.
- In the Settings section, select the Target Audience.
You can only select Users and Groups assigned to the folder where the email was created. You can either select All Folder Users or manually select individual users and groups from the dropdown menu.
- Verify the following fields have accurate information:
- Sender Address
- Sender Name
- Reply Option
- Campaign
- Subject
- Preview Text
- Attachments
- In the Sending options section, select Schedule for later.
The dialog expands.
- Add the Date and Time you want to schedule the email.
- Click Schedule.
A confirmation dialog opens.
- Click Schedule.
You have successfully scheduled an email. You can edit or remove the schedule for this email as long as it has not been sent.
Removing or Editing a Schedule
- In the Studio, navigate to Email > the folder in which the scheduled email was created.
- Open the Scheduled tab.
- On the email you want to edit, click the more options menu.
- Select Reschedule from the dropdown menu.
The summary page opens. - Under Sending options, click Remove Scheduling.
The Remove Scheduling dialog opens.
- Click Remove.
- Optionally, add the new date and time and click Schedule.
- If you do not want to add a new schedule, click Save.
You have successfully removed and edited the scheduling for this email.
