You can install the Staffbase platform on Microsoft Teams easily by uploading it as a custom app. This can be done by uploading an app package, a .zip file, provided by Staffbase. Contact Staffbase Support or your Customer Success Manager to obtain the file.

Prerequisites

• You must have either a Global Administrator or Teams Service Administrator role in Microsoft 365. 
• You must have the app package you received from Staffbase.
  
  

Installing the Staffbase Platform on Microsoft Teams

1. In the Microsoft Teams admin center, navigate to Teams apps > Manage apps.
   Alternatively, you can also access Microsoft Teams from the Microsoft 365 admin center.
2. Click + Upload.
   A dialog to upload a new custom app opens.
   
   
3. Select the app package you received from Staffbase and upload it.
   Once you have successfully uploaded the file, the employee app will be available within Microsoft Teams.
