You can install the Staffbase platform on Microsoft Teams easily by uploading it as a custom app. This can be done by uploading an app package, a .zip file, provided by Staffbase. Contact Staffbase Support or your Customer Success Manager to obtain the file.
Prerequisites
- You must have either a Global Administrator or Teams Service Administrator role in Microsoft 365.
- You must have the app package you received from Staffbase.
Installing the Staffbase Platform on Microsoft Teams
- In the Microsoft Teams admin center, navigate to Teams apps > Manage apps.
Alternatively, you can also access Microsoft Teams from the Microsoft 365 admin center. - Click + Upload.
A dialog to upload a new custom app opens.
- Select the app package you received from Staffbase and upload it.
Once you have successfully uploaded the file, the employee app will be available within Microsoft Teams.
