Activation
You can make your App or Intranet available within Microsoft Teams. This will help your organization make both Microsoft Teams and the Staffbase platform function as a single entity for its users. If some teams in your organization heavily use Microsoft Teams for productivity and collaboration, this provides them with the flexibility to use the Staffbase platform directly from Microsoft Teams as well. This integration embeds the Staffbase platform in Microsoft Teams, so that your users do not miss out on important internal and corporate communications.
Prerequisite
- You have configured Single Sign-On (SSO) with Microsoft Entra ID.
You can add the Staffbase platform to Microsoft Teams in two ways. The steps you take depend on the method you choose by adding Staffbase:
- Add the Staffbase Connect App from the Microsoft Store.
- Integrate the Staffbase platform in Microsoft Teams.
- Grant admin consent to the Staffbase Connect App.
- Add the Staffbase URL in Microsoft Teams.

Optionally, customize app branding in Microsoft Teams.
This step can be done at any time after adding the app from the Microsoft Store.
How Users Will View Staffbase Platform Within Microsoft Teams
Users sign in via single sign-on (SSO) to access the app. They can also use the navigation buttons next to their profile picture to move between the current and previous pages.
