You can define which users or user groups in Microsoft Teams can access the Staffbase Connect App and pin the app in Microsoft Teams for easy access. Learn more.

1. In the Microsoft Teams admin center, navigate to Teams apps > Setup policies.
2. Under Manage policies, select the policy you want to configure.
3. Click Manage users.
4. Click Assign users to add the Microsoft users who need to access the Staffbase platform.
5. Search the users you want to add.
6. Select the name and click Add.
   
   
   
7. Click Apply to save changes.
   The Assignment will take time to take effect dialog opens.
8. Click Confirm.
   
   

You can use the Global (Org-wide default) policy to make the app available to all users of Microsoft Teams or create a custom policy to make the app available for selected groups.

1. In the Microsoft Teams admin center, navigate to Teams apps > Setup policies.
2. In the App setup policies > Manage Policies tab, do one of the following:
   
   • Click Add to create custom policies to make the app available for selected groups.
   • Select a policy and click Edit to modify the default settings.
3. Click Save.

You can pin the Staffbase platform you have added as an app to make it easily accessible to your users on the left menu of Microsoft Teams.

1. In the Microsoft Teams admin center, navigate to Teams apps > Setup policies.
2. Select the policy you want to update.
3. Under Pinned apps, click Add apps.
4. In the Add pinned apps dialog, search for the Staffbase platform you added as an app.
5. Select your app.
   
   
6. Click Add.
7. Select the app and click Move up or Move down to arrange the app in the order in which you want it to be displayed among other apps.
8. Click Save.
   The Changes will take time to take effect dialog opens.
9. Click Confirm.
