1. In the Studio, navigate to Settings.
2. Under Extensions, click Microsoft 365.
3. Navigate to Staffbase Agent for Microsoft 365 Copilot and click Download.

You have downloaded the Staffbase Agent for Microsoft 365 Copilot for Microsoft Teams.

Prerequisites

• You have the app package downloaded from the Studio.
• You must have a Global Administrator role in Microsoft 365.

You can now install the Staffbase Agent for Microsoft 365 Copilot app package that you downloaded from the Staffbase Studio. Follow the steps listed in Microsoft Learn to upload the package as a custom app in the Microsoft 365 admin center.

The Staffbase Agent for Microsoft 365 Copilot uses Microsoft Single Sign-On (SSO) to sign in to Staffbase. You need to grant consent to the Staffbase Agent for Microsoft 365 Copilot SSO application in Microsoft Entra ID.

Prerequisites

• You have uploaded the app package as a custom app in the Microsoft 365 admin center.
• You have access to your organization’s Microsoft Entra ID with the required permissions to add and configure a new enterprise application.

1. In the Studio, navigate to Settings.
2. Under Extensions, click Microsoft 365.
3. Navigate to Staffbase Agent for Microsoft 365 Copilot .
4. Open the Grant Consent link with your Microsoft 365 administrator account.
   
   
   
   A permission dialog opens.
   
   
5. Click Accept.

You have granted permission to the Staffbase Agent for Microsoft 365 Copilot SSO application in Microsoft Entra ID.
