The Global Search can be found in the upper right corner of the menu bar. Entering a keyword displays the most recent and relevant results.

It is possible to filter the results by content, ideas, topics, tickets, and channels. This allows you to explicitly limit your search to a certain area and open the result you are looking for.

If you are looking for a dialog ticket concerning a certain topic, you can use the button Include dialog on the right. The latest and most relevant dialog tickets for the keyword are displayed here. Click on the ticket to enter the overall conversation.
