The CK editor is the default editor of many Communications Control objects: Tasks, Ideas, Topics, Content (for self-defined content types without auto-publishing feature), and Stories.

Text editing
To keep the editor organized, you can make use of numerous text editing features. These include:

Style sheets (paragraph, heading 1, heading 2, heading 3)

font highlighting (bold, italic, underline, strikethrough)
Layout creation
Settings that affect the layout of texts can also be made in the editor. Among others:

Adding links & assets
To add more in-depth information to your texts, you have the following options:

Furthermore, you can make some standard edits. Among them:

Export and full-screen mode
Everything visible in the editor can be exported - as a PDF or Word file. You can also switch to full-screen mode by clicking the Zoom In button.
Content exported as a Word file looks like this by default but can also be customized to your corporate design. Read more about this here.
If you make changes in the CK editor and want to do the Word export, you must save the content first. Otherwise, the export will contain the "old" version of the content in the CK-Editor.
Change tracking
