In the dialog module you have the possibility to create different inboxes with permanent filters. Thus, only the tickets defined by the filters are included in the inboxes.
To create an inbox, follow the instructions:

Click the grey plus button in the Inbox overview.

Enter an inbox title.

The new inbox appears in the inbox overview. Hover over it and click on the filter icon.

Enter all filter options.
Now, the inbox will only display tickets that match your filter settings.
