Frequently asked questions can be answered quickly and easily via Communications Control - using answer templates. In this article, we will show you how to create these templates and use them in the course of your community management.

Creating Answer Templates
An answer template is created in just a few steps.

Click on the gear icon in the dialog module to open the settings.

Click on the pink plus button in the Answer Template area. A mask opens. Here, the response template can be created.

Fill in the fields. Now, click Save.
Working with Answer Templates
To actively use your created templates during community management, proceed as follows:

Click on the Reply button below the dialog ticket you want to add an answer template to.

Enter a + in the reply field and select a template.

Customize the answer template, for example, by adding the name or emojis. Then, click on Submit.
